Adorable country home with 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Large loft bedroom with 6 twin beds. A third full bathroom is off the kitchen. Living area connected to the kitchen and a separate sitting area upstairs. Stackable washer and dryer is available. Large front and back porches with a fire pit and bbq pit in the back yard. Can sleep eight comfortably.

Deposits: All Properties require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your stay. Reservations made within 30 days require full payment at time of reservation. Cancellations: Any cancellations made more than 30 days prior to your stay are refundable but are subject to a $25 administrative fee. Any cancellations made after 30 days prior to your stay are subject to 100 percent penalty including tax. No-shows are subject to the same 100 percent penalty. Reservations made within 30 days of stay are subject to a 100 percent pre-payment and are non-refundable. Taxes and Fees: all properties will be charged taxes and cleaning fees.
